I had my new patient visit to establish care on 4/4/18 at 2:30pm. I arrived around 2pm and completed the paperwork. At 2:35 the nurse came and called my name. I was expecting them to weigh me. I am overweight due to inactivity from rest after a major back surgery and was stuck at only 12 pounds of weight loss when I still have 35 to 45 pounds to go depending on muscle mass. I was pleasantly surprised when we walked right past the scale and they let me take my shoes off first. I was there for routine blood work, hot flashes; and to talk about how to manage my body soreness and low back pain after doing my favorite body blade aerobic workout. (Cristen) Cris R. PA., came in after the nurse took my blood pressure. It was high at 150/80! I mentioned I never had high bp. Cris helped me with my hot flashes by referring me to a naturopathic clinic (since I am anti-hormone therapy) and gave me the name of an herb I already have at home but was not taking. Then she helped me manage my workout stiffness and pain without harsh medications. Cris said the reason for my high bp was my hot flashes. She was totally right! My bp was 127/82 that night and 122/77 the next morning. I was also able to make a gynecological appointment with Cris. Thank you for not putting me on bp meds when I don't need them Cris. I would definitely recommend Tuality Physicians to a friend or family member.

I have been going to Tuality Physicians for 18 years. During this time I only had a couple of bumps along the way (whom among us is perfect?) My overall opinion would be to recommend them to anyone and everyone. They are pleasant and easy to work with and the doctors are amazing. Wait time is short in both the big and small room. I also know that if there is a longer wait time that when it's my turn he will be just as courteous to me with his time. I will give them 5 stars!
